The contact form uses FormSubmit, a service provided through formsubmit.co, to transmit your submission to proofnotpotential@gmail.com. When you submit the form, your name, email address, optional subject, message, consent confirmation, and technical transmission data are sent to FormSubmit and forwarded by email to us.

FormSubmit states that form submissions can be retained for up to 30 days so missed submissions can be retrieved. Further information is available in the FormSubmit privacy policy and FormSubmit documentation.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry concerns a contract or pre-contractual steps, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is providing an accessible contact channel and responding to enquiries. FormSubmit may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, international transfers must be protected by an adequacy decision or other safeguards under Chapter V GDPR.

Please do not use the form to send sensitive personal data or confidential health information.

Personal data entered there is processed under Lemon Squeezy’s own privacy information and contractual arrangements. No checkout data is collected through this website before you follow the external link.

The contact form is configured without FormSubmit reCAPTCHA and uses a hidden honeypot field for basic spam reduction.
